Q: Why do I need an ongoing plan
A: WordPress is a fantastic CMS, it is open source, free to use, well built and very secure. It is used by over 25% of all websites. Over time vulnerabilities are discovered in all software, and the massive usage of WordPress makes it an obvious target for hackers seeking to exploit newly discovered vulnerabilities.
Proactively managing and maintaining your website will help reduce these risks and will also improve performance by ensuring the latest programming developments are in use.
Q: How do I contact you when I have a problem?
A: We provide a support ticket desk for quick turnaround and tracking of all support requests. You can submit all requests to [email protected] and we will reply within normal business hours.
Q: Do change request minutes carry over?
A: No they don’t, however, if you have not used your minutes for a while and require a larger update then these will be taken into consideration. We also won’t be too strict with timings, if there’s 45 minutes of changes one month that’s fine, we know this will even up over a year.
Q: Can I pay Annually?
A: Of course, if you would like to pay annually instead that’s perfect and you will receive 2 months free, annual charge is 10 months.
Q: I have several sites, can you manage them all
A: Absolutely, and we offer discount for multiple sites, email [email protected] to discuss.
Q: Can I cancel anytime?
A: Yes, you can cancel anytime. You are under no obligation to continue the ongoing service, we just ask you give us 30 days notice so we can carry out a last thorough update of the website, supply you with a full backup and remove our administrator credentials.
Q: Can you train me so that I can manage my site?
A: Of course, we can offer 1-1 or group training to allow you to manage your site in house, contact [email protected] for more information and the various options.
Q: Will you help with SEO, social media, graphics and other requests?
A: We will certainly try and accommodate all requests and work with freelance professionals to provide services that we do not offer directly. These may be outside the scope of the Care Plan.
